This stage has two axes with
a +/- 10 degree movement range.
The angle in each axis is measured wth a precision of 0.08 arcsec, throughout the range.
The controller corrects the position of each axis 1000 times per secons using encoder feedback.
This stage can handle loads up to 40 kg.
